Don't know if anyone saw Idiocracy, because from what I understand it wasn't played in theatres. Mike Judge has given us a great comedy of what America maybe like in 500 years, considering how retarded a lot of people are today. I figured the people of this board could appreciate it.

Think for yourself.
Question authority.
Throughout human history, as our species has faced the frightening, terrorizing fact that we do not know who we are, or where we are going in this ocean of chaos; it has been the authorities- the political, the religious, the educational authorities- who attempt to comfort us by giving us order, rules, regulations. Informing, forming in our minds their view of reality. To think for yourself you must question authority and learn how to put yourself in a state of vulnerable, open-mindedness; chaotic, confused, vulnerability to inform yourself.
Think for yourself.
Question authority.

You know it looks pretty interesting. A combination of Woody Allen's "Sleeper" and Planet of the Apes.

And if what the IMDB commenter says, "In other words, a movie about dumbing down has been... you guessed it." is correct, Oh my. That is funny.

Currently watching the movie for the second time, and it's even better the second time around. When you watch it the second time you notice all those subtle little things you missed the first time. I totally demand you all watch this movie twice.
