... Too bad The Simpsons hasn't been funny since its 10th season.

Fox has no trouble axing promising shows that deserve a chance, such as Futurama, Firefly, and Point Pleasant. They certainly shouldn't have difficulty putting an old has been program out of its misery. So, why don't they?

Then again, I suppose The Simpsons is better than another dumb reality show.

Heh. I keep thinking that Show will be starting its Fourteenth Season. I've simply lost count.

These days, the only time the show is funny is when they focus on the supporting characters. But they are running out of those. Apu hasn't been featured for ages, Barney is a non-entity, and it seems there are not any more decent Chief Wiggum or Groundskeeper Willie stories. Which is a shame.

They've done everything except explore the inner turmoil of Bumblebee Man.

There comes a point where there's simply nowhere you can go with a show without it being bad.

Yes. And its even worse when the show is in its first or second season. I see advertisements for a show called "House" on Fox. They are all like "The patient is dying and only house can save him!", "When a deadly bacteria transforms a woman's blood into cottage cheese House must find the cure!" or "Next Week: House must take off a man's head in order to save his life!"

In other words, typical Fox faire.

Season 7's 22 short films about Springfield did that one, actually...
