For my Military Force and Foreign Policy class this year, I had to write a report on The Rise of the Vulcans: The History of Bush's War Cabinet by James Mann. The book documents and analyzes the careers of Donald Rumsfeld, Colin Powell, Richard Armitage, Paul Wolfowitz, Dick Cheney, and Condoleezza Rice. I've added the paper to my Writings page. :)
